  A: Simply browse our collections, select the items you wish to purchase, choose any relevant options (like size or metal type), and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and billing information, and select your payment method to complete the order.

• Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay), PayPal, and other methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Phonepe and specific regional options if applicable. All payments are processed securely.

• Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
  A: We process orders quickly. Please contact us immediately at leelajewellerslko@gmail.com if you need to request a change or cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process. Custom orders typically cannot be cancelled once production begins.

• Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
  A: All Leela Jeweller items arrive in our signature elegant packaging, ready for gifting.
